When I went off into the world at age seventeen, my dad gave me a dog-eared copy of Jitterbug Perfume inscribed, "Dance all night. Smell the roses." Ever since, I've been packing in experiences while pausing to let life's texture sink in. I design learning experiences with the same rule of thumb: make it bold and fun, but make sure it sticks.

With a critical lens, sky-high standards, and the heart of an empath, I design and deliver trainings to inspire individuals and teams. I’m an Instructional Designer with 20+ years of experience creating and facilitating learning journeys for diverse stakeholders.

Rooted in a feminist paradigm, my career has centred around justice, collaboration and authenticity. These values guide me to create transformative experiences for diverse learners. They also empower me to lead teams that make the most of each member's skills and perspectives.

From boardrooms to classrooms, along rainforest trails and in museum halls: you name it, I've taught there. With on-the-job experience and academic credentials to back me up, I am an initiator who loves diving into new challenges. Whether I am designing bespoke courses, managing a team, or facilitating dynamic workshops, I relish the lightbulb moments that link learning to real life.

I live for the magic that happens in the white spaces between people who put their heads and hearts together, and am known for my ability to build community, speak up for positive change, and create meaning in the mundane.
